At Metropolis Coffee Co., we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or equipment, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will gladly replace items damaged during shipping.

Verification
For damaged equipment or incorrect coffee shipments, please attach a photo of the product and its packaging for quick processing.
Prepaid Shipping
If a return is required for non-perishable equipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the original box.
Refund or Replacement
Once confirmed, we will ship out a fresh batch of beans or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
