How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches daily at our Chicago roastery. Every bag is marked with a 'Roasted On' date and features a one-way degassing valve to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?

We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of roasting. Depending on your location, you can expect your coffee to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Can I return or exchange coffee beans?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there was an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! Our subscription service allows you to choose your favorite blends, grind preference, and delivery frequency. Subscribers receive a discount on every bag and can pause or cancel at any time.
